TEPE EMLAK INVESTMENT CONSTRUCTION & TRADE INC. being one of the youngest among the TEPE GROUP Companies started functioning in 1996 under the premises of TEPE CONSTRUCTION CO. and gained legal entity in 1998.
TEPE EMLAK has developed several shopping centers in different parts of Turkey together with famous companies of Europe such as Metro Group, Carrefour, and thus became an expert in this field.
Among the main functions of the Company we can list;
- Preparation of investment plans,
- Land development and planning,
- Preparing the architectural/electrical/structural and mechanical design,
- As well as the interior design and decoration projects,
- Carrying out the quality control responsibility for the construction,
- Leasing of the shops, stores, restaurants, etc. and
- Center management.
All the functions listed above are the main components of the "shopping center development process" and these services are offered to both local and foreign investors all together or separately as desired.
So far six Centers were developed and opened, which are located in ANKARA-BILKENT, GAZIANTEP, ISTANBUL-KARTAL, ADANA, KONYA and ISTANBUL-KADIKOY. Also several investment projects in ANKARA-ETLIK, ISTANBUL-MALTEPE and IZMIR-BORNOVA are being developed.
In order to provide our customers the best service and the most variety, world class brands and retailers such as REAL, PRAKTIKER, TEPE CINEMAXX, MARKS & SPENCER, TOYS'R US, BURGER KING, BENETTON, ZARA, take place in our Shopping Centers together with famous and distinguished Turkish retailers such as KIĞILI, BEYMEN, ÇARŞI, YKM, AYAKKABI DUNYASI, TADIM PIZZA.
Our Shopping Centers have a considerable contribution on Turkish economy in two ways; by bringing foreign investors to the Country and also by providing a huge amount of employment opportunity to the local market. Also with our design and construction standards, a contemporary shopping environment for Turkish shoppers is provided.
