Kale Oto Radyatör
KALE Oto Radyatör A.Ş. was established in 1966 in İstanbul with a primary objective to produce engine cooling radiators and heater cores.
In 1970's KALE began manufacturing original equipment products concurrently with Turkey's main car manufacturers who also marked the beginning of the car manufacturing industry in Turkey.
Kale Oto Radyotör A.ŞIn 1980's KALE experienced a considerable rise in demand to its products which was ultimately generated by the growth of Turkish Automotive Industry, followed by export and after markets. As a result, a second production plant was established in the region of Çayırova/GEBZE, covering a total area of 60.000 sq. meters with 20.000 sq. meters of covered production area where production began in 1988. With an objective of installing a new production technology namely "Aluminium Brazing" in 1994, KALE had an annex building of 5.000 sq meters integrated into the main factory building at Çayırova, reaching a total of 25.000 sq meter of covered production area and permitting new production lines to be installed on site.
And today, KALE is operating at its two plants, with an experienced engineering and production staff of 650 people and is well positioned to serve the Turkish automotive industry, local after market and export markets with a wide range of engine cooling radiators, heater cores, condensers, charge air coolers, oil coolers, heating systems, complete A/C systems and engine cooling modules.
PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGIES
Kale's current production capacity of 1.700.000 pieces of auto heat exchangers per annum are manufactured with the use of three distinct production technology.

Aluminium Mechanical Assembly Production Technology.
